Features ‘Sacred Land Yvy Katu’
A Multi-Sensory Exhibition of the Art & Music of the Amazon
at the Saatchi Gallery, in London
November 27th, 2024
On Wednesday 27th, November 2024, the iconic Saatchi Gallery in London hosted Sacred Land/Yvy Katu, a one-night-only art exhibition and philanthropic gala celebrating the Amazon through art, music, and community. Produced by Planethon-365 in partnership with the Amazônia Fund Alliance Program, the evening welcomed over 300 guests from across the art, fashion, and philanthropic worlds to support conservation efforts in the Amazon.

The exhibition offered a powerful reflection on the sacredness of land and the urgent need to preserve the Amazon and uplift its Indigenous guardians. Guests experienced a rich program of contemporary art, live music, and a spirited charity auction.

Among those in attendance were Lady Victoria Hervey, Stuart Watts, Ingo Othala, Daniel Lismore, Alison Jackson, Misse Beqiri, and Martha Freud. A deeply moving highlight was the participation of Yube Huni Kuin, an Indigenous leader from the Amazon, who led a collective blessing and chant—bringing authenticity and emotional resonance to the evening’s mission.
The auction’s proceeds were raised to support three conservation initiatives, including two invited and endorsed by the Amazônia Fund Alliance Program: SOS Amazônia and Mothers of the Amazon.
The Amazônia Fund Alliance Program is proud to have contributed to this meaningful event and reaffirms its commitment to protecting the rainforest through visionary, community-driven collaborations around the world.
